Fran at the Studio
Fran made the long trip over from Whitehaven yesterday for a shoot. She's done a couple of shoots with my Cumbrian friends at Brookes Callow Photography and the experience stood her in good stead.
We wanted to showcase her tattoos and the light was great even if temperatures never rose above zero all day.
Thanks Fran for keeping going and enduring the cold.
I'll be blogging some 'how we shot this' type entries over Christmas so if there's a picture you've seen on here you'd like me to break down into it's lighting and set up then drop me a line.

Just a hat
Katerina froze her bits offs today and all in the interests of art
What a girl and local too! She will be featuring many times in our 2012 sessions. When you turn up to a shoot and are happy to pose in just a hat in the freezing cold as your first pics....you're a model for me!

Studio Development
Great to work with Julie Fraser (http://julie-fraser.co.uk/) over the last two days. It's been an intense session of looking at Boudoir photography and the shape of her business.
It's all been part of our Studio Development Programme. A truly bespoke year long programme that takes new or developing photographers or those who want to reinvigorate their business, and puts together a training package to get them to their next levels. It's a complete examination of both photographic skills and business management. If you think it could be part of your 2012 training then give us a call for more detail.
In the meantime thanks to Camilla for being a fantastic model for our shoot and to Lazaat in Cottingham (http://www.lazaat.com) for hosting us splendidly on Thursday.
That's the end of our training programme for this year. A few shoots left before it will be time to prep for the Societies Convention in London.
